What does it mean to be brave? Kona, a teenage forest cat, decides to face her fears and search for her missing mother, who was taken by the circus long ago. Alongside Colin, an abandoned guardian puppy, and Bernardo, an old runaway circus bear, the three unexpected companions embark on a journey to find their lost families.

Brave Cat is a 3D animated project that combines real, handmade models scanned in 3D with CGI assets, using a limited animation style that creates a blend between CGI and the classic stop-motion aesthetic. Brave Cat is a family-oriented, entertaining, and visually striking film with a meaningful message, aimed at both local and global audiences.
02 CONCEPT ART
The art of Brave Cat is inspired by Patagonia, one of the southernmost regions of Latin America. We conducted a research trip to observe Patagonian flora and fauna firsthand, gathering references for the film’s characters and environments.
